Otherwise you will see the message your drum life is end something like that... Been used copy machine a month after replace the drum. Machine works like brand new so far... gave 5 stars.

I was tired of paying ridiculous amounts of money for new drum assemblies, and was prepared to just replace my Brother printer with a new one rather than invest more money in a well-used (and well-appreciated) machine. But I thought I'd give this product a try since it was so cheap compared to the alternative. It arrived quickly and well-packaged, and included good instructions. Unfortunately, the drum had a few imperfections in it, which showed as lots of annoying spots on every printed page. I was ready to just toss the whole thing, but then decided to call Laser Tek to see what they had to say. They answered the phone quickly, and the guy wanted to send out a replacement drum right away. He also gave me some advice on how to improve the installation and cleaning process for me. The replacement drum arrived a couple of days later, I installed it, and now my prints are perfect.
You can get an occasional bad product sample from anyone, but the true of customer service is how they respond when something goes wrong. Laser Tek responded beautifully, and I will be purchasing all my replacement supplies from them for now on.
